Starting from February 1, 2024, Air France has introduced a novel culinary service for its Business class passengers on short-haul routes, in a partnership with François Adamski, the Servair Corporate Chef who is renowned for his achievements as a Bocuse d’Or winner and Meilleur Ouvrier de France. This initiative presents a dynamic menu tailored to different times of the day. Morning flights before 10 am offer breakfast options including specially crafted sandwiches like smoked salmon with cream cheese and dill on white bread, alongside a morning pastry. Post-10 am flights feature Chef Adamski’s signature gourmet sandwiches, such as chicken with smoked paprika and tarragon-infused vegetables on granary bread, complemented by classic French confections like calisson, cannelé, or tropézienne.

Adamski’s culinary creations emphasize ease of consumption during flight, with a focus on using local, seasonal, and sustainably sourced ingredients, including French-sourced meats, poultry, dairy, Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) cheeses, and responsibly fished seafood, adhering to the airline’s quality standards.

These offerings are refreshed monthly and served in stylish meal boxes designed exclusively for Business class travelers, paired with a meticulously chosen selection of wines and champagnes, now offered in glassware, alongside a variety of beverages.

In a stride towards eco-conscious service, Air France, with Servair’s assistance, has implemented an on-board sorting system for the meal boxes and their contents, which are then processed through methanization, marking a first for the airline in its waste management efforts.

This enhancement in service not only signifies Air France’s commitment to elevating its customer experience but also celebrates French gastronomy. Additionally, Chef Adamski’s culinary creations can be savored in the Air France lounge at Paris-Charles de Gaulle’s terminal 2F and on the airline’s medium-haul Business class flights.
