With more than 21 years of experience into luxury hospitality, Saputo brings an excellent visualization and knowhow to his new position, where he takes the accountability for the everyday hotel operations to confirm that every guest gets an amazing experience while staying as keeping service standards AKA is known for. Also, he will supervise the team of hotel associates developing a culture of fineness and supreme hospitality.

All through his career, Saputo has occupied crucial leadership roles with world class hotel brands around the country, like Four Seasons Hotels, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Waldorf Astoria, and Fairmont. Saputo has a powerful track record of creating a confident culture with the help of conventional as well as creative approaches.

Famous for providing excellent guest experiences and services, Saputo’s constant success is because of his boundless devotion toward service quality and customer service excellence. Before joining AKA, Saputo worked as the Resort Manager at Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort.
