Hyatt Hotels Corporation has provided an update on the forthcoming renovation of The Confidante Miami Beach, signaling its evolution into the vibrant Andaz Miami Beach. Set to debut in the fourth quarter of 2024, this reimagined hotel, under the ownership of Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc., aims to transcend conventional hospitality, delving into guests’ individual essence while embracing the diverse local culture. Featuring a redesigned lobby that fosters seamless interaction, two revamped pools offering outdoor recreational experiences, a rejuvenating spa, and thoughtfully curated guestrooms, suites, and meeting spaces, Andaz Miami Beach promises an immersive stay. Additionally, guests can anticipate culinary delights curated by the esteemed José Andrés Group. To facilitate the transformation, the iconic oceanfront property will temporarily cease operations from Monday, March 25, 2024, until the completion of the renovation.

The debut of the inaugural Andaz hotel in Florida marks a significant expansion for the Hyatt brand, paving the path for further growth in one of the globe’s premier leisure destinations. With an already established presence of 29 properties worldwide and a promising future ahead, Andaz continues its mission to foster connections with guests, encouraging them to explore their inner curiosities and embrace novel experiences within their surroundings.

Perched amidst three towers overlooking the scenic beachfront, this hotel promises an unprecedented ocean-view check-in experience in Miami Beach. Its culinary offerings undergo a complete reinvention, with highlights including an outdoor terrace restaurant and a second-level Andaz Lounge—an energetic hotspot designed to embody the essence of the neighborhood’s living room. This inviting space aims to foster a sense of community, inviting both guests and locals to mingle, socialize, and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.
