The Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, reinforced the state’s international tourism presence at ITB Asia 2026, held in Singapore from 21 to 23 October. Through its participation in the prominent travel trade exhibition, Goa Tourism sought to strengthen relationships with Singapore’s tourism industry stakeholders, develop new business partnerships and explore opportunities to attract more international visitors to the destination.

The Goa Pavilion presented a broader perspective of the state’s tourism potential, placing particular emphasis on its Goa Beyond Beaches initiative. The showcase highlighted regenerative tourism, traditional festivals, cultural heritage, countryside experiences, adventure tourism and lesser-explored destinations. By promoting these diverse attractions, Goa Tourism encouraged international travel professionals to discover experiences extending beyond the state’s famous beaches, including its distinctive traditions, scenic hinterlands, vibrant communities and immersive local activities.
