Britain has imposed additional fines and policies that might cause citizens trouble. The laws restrict littering, partying and even collecting pebbles as memories. This will be a huge blow for British beach enthusiasts. Legal experts of BPP law school have recently shared a couple of such new laws with the public.

Leaving litter on the beach is a criminal offence and can lead to a considerable time of imprisonment. The fine for dropping litter can be as high as £2500 pounds. The beach goers can also get a fixed fine of £80. The ‘Coastal protection Act 1949’ prohibits taking any natural thing home illegal. Gymboglobal has stated that collecting pebbles are helpful for children’s intellectual development. It is a common practice for children to take pebbles home and this Act may be disturbing for them.

Dog walking on the beaches is also considered an offence now. A fine of £100 might be imposed on the dog owners in case of any disruption or litter. BBQ partying is also considered illegal in most of the areas in the UK. However, a central and temporary BBQ may be installed if proper permission has been obtained.

Most beaches in UK are publicly owned but some are privately owned. BBQ parties might happen here but additional permission is required from authorities. In case of venturing into privately owned beaches, it is necessary to take permission. Otherwise, another fine of £1000 might be imposed.

Britain’s temperature is getting as high as 34 degrees centigrade. People will most definitely visit beaches on a higher frequency. White Bay beach in North Tyneside is filled with parks, bars amusement parks under the price of £3 for a day. Diving 0.3 miles away from the White Bay town is becoming a favourite sport. The popularity of other beaches like The bay, Skegness beach and New Brighton is also increasing.
