In this role, he will oversee the renowned Chinese restaurant, Zi Yat Heen, as well as the Chinese banquet operations within the hotel. Bringing with him 21 years of culinary expertise, Chef Ho previously served as the executive chef at a Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant in Shanghai.
