Sunday Brunch at Mimo
In response to the overwhelming success of Mimo Restaurant’s recent Mother’s Day and Easter dining events, Chef Francesco Greco introduces a luxurious weekly Sunday Brunch starting June 2. This indulgent experience, available from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, is priced at USD 89 for adults and USD 45 for children, offering a perfect setting for friends and family to gather and enjoy quality time.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a selection of fresh juices, teas, and coffees, followed by a choice of freshly baked house-made goods. Children can enjoy a special Bambini’s Corner where they can customize their own pancakes, presented by a Four Seasons chef. The brunch features an extensive buffet with live stations, including Italian cheeses, cold cuts, fresh oysters, crudo, seafood, a vibrant salad bar, and a lavish carving station with slow-roasted prime rib of beef.
Adult guests can choose one a la carte item from a menu that blends breakfast classics with highlights from Mimo’s new lunch and dinner offerings. Signature dishes include Imperial Scrambled Eggs with smoked salmon and caviar, Brioche French Toast with seasonal berries and Bourbon crumble, and savory pasta options like Pappardelle with Duck ragu and Agnolotti stuffed with homemade ricotta and spinach. For seafood lovers, the Roasted Branzino with artichokes, thyme, taggiasche olives, and lemon broth is a must-try.
Guests are encouraged to relax and savor the experience at their own pace. For dessert, the generous buffet stations offer a variety of sweet treats, including Mimo’s Tiramisu, fresh cannoli, Nashville Banana Trifle, Chocolate Pecan tart, and a range of house-made gelatos.
