Favorite

As the country gets set for the last official Bank Holiday of the summer, there is no better way to celebrate than with a feast for the senses at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire.

But First, Breakfast

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire believes one should start dining as one means to go on. This in mind, the Hotel team is delighted to launch a new Manor Breakfast menu just in time for the August Bank Holiday Weekend. Served in the Hotel’s flagship restaurant Wild Carrot, guests can enjoy their first meal of the day overlooking 500 acres (200 hectares) of lush countryside. Carefully sourced and curated by Executive Chef Talha Barkin, every plate of fresh food on the new breakfast menu includes either produce grown on the estate or locally sourced, staying true to the property’s eco-friendly sustainable plan for reducing waste.

Sunday Roast

The whole family will enjoy digging into the sumptuous Sunday lunch at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire. Back for 2023, the refreshed Sunday Roast is served with Roasted Root Vegetables, Tender-Stem Broccoli, Triple-Cooked Potatoes, Yorkshire Pudding and House Gravy. Guests will then have a choice of Corn Fed Roast Chicken, Whole Grilled Sea Bream, Salt Marsh Leg of Lamb, Dry-Aged Beef Fore Rib as well as a vegetarian option.

Whet the Appetite Pool Side

For those who fancy something a little lighter, one can’t beat Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire Pool Bar. Offering a delicious selection of light meals, craft cocktails and fresh juices, all alongside the property’s vitality pool, it’s the perfect spot for a luxury summer bite.

The Hotel’s new breakfast, roast and pool bar offerings add to a range of recently redefined food and beverage outlets at the property, presenting an unforgettable countryside dining experience for families, couples and even canine friends.

Time for Tea

Located in the heart of the 18th century manor house, the historically rich Drawing Room is the perfect setting to experience a traditional British afternoon tea, crafted by the talented Executive Pastry Chef Maxime Gourlain. With a selection of bespoke teas, chilled Champagnes and local English sparkling wines, guests can immerse themselves in the picturesque views of the rolling green hills while they lounge in a grand, yet homey atmosphere.

Country Cocktails

The Library Bar is an elegant space to unwind, socialise and enjoy a tumbler of vintage artisanal whiskey or Highball Americano cocktail, prepared by the Hotel’s expert mixologist and Bars Manager Surinder Virk, serving the art and poetry of taste. And why not soak up the fresh Hampshire air on the outdoor terrace and enjoy a nightcap with nature?

Healthy in Hampshire

With nutritionally balanced delicious offerings, from bento boxes to poke and acai bowls, guests can expect to leave Café Santé feeling nourished and energised. On Friday and Saturday evenings there will also be a special Japanese themed menu to enjoy, with a selection of sushi and sake.
