Make merry this Christmas with a holiday brunch overlooking the harbor at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore all morning and afternoon long. The Hotel’s talented culinary team has crafted a decadent Christmas Day waterfront buffet for guests and local residents to enjoy in its Cobalt Ballroom on Sunday, December 25, 2022.

The festive buffet will feature all the gourmet holiday favourites including carving stations highlighting roasted goose, slow roasted herb prime rib, and baked bone-in ham, plus, a seafood raw bar with chilled shrimp cocktail and fresh shucked oysters. Main dishes include Chesapeake rockfish and Maryland crab cakes, as well as sides such as winter truffle mashed potatoes, butternut squash risotto, and a cheese and charcuterie spread. A selection of assorted salads and soups are also a great starter before enjoying action stations, such as a build-your-own omelet bar.

End the meal on a sweet note with a lineup of decadent house-made desserts such as sweet potato and lemon ginger meringue tartlets, espresso mousse cups, eggnog cheesecake bars topped with spiced rum whipped cream, and peppermint dark chocolate whoopie pies.

In addition to live entertainment, those guests in attendance with children can enjoy an arts and crafts section as well as a photo opportunity with Ole Saint Nick himself.

Seatings for Christmas Day Brunch are available between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. The festive menu is priced at USD 150 and includes bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis featuring Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut; USD 55 children under 12 years of age; complimentary for children 5 years of age and younger.
