Air France has introduced new menus by renowned French chef Dominique Crenn for its La Première and Business cabins on flights departing from its U.S. stations. Starting from February 1, 2024, these culinary delights can be savored on departures from Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-Newark, San Francisco, and Seattle, with plans to expand to all U.S. Air France destinations during the 2024 spring-summer season.

Dominique Crenn has crafted twelve unique dishes for Air France passengers in La Première and Business cabins. Each month, Air France will present two signature dishes in each cabin, including a vegetarian option and a seafood dish, in addition to the existing menu offerings.

In La Première, passengers can indulge in dishes like lobster with pico de gallo and tea sauce or root vegetable mille-feuille with truffle sauce, showcasing the culinary brilliance of the chef. Business class travelers can savor delights such as Californian charbonnier with quinoa and marinière sauce or open raviole with courgette and tomato, hazelnut, and parmesan sauce.

Dominique Crenn, the only woman in the United States with three Michelin stars for her Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, is dedicated to crafting inventive and poetic French cuisine for Air France passengers, emphasizing local and seasonal ingredients.

In an effort to combat food waste, Air France also offers Business class passengers the option to pre-select their hot dish up to 24 hours before their flight, ensuring both choice availability and responsible consumption on board.

With this latest collaboration, Air France continues to enhance its partnerships, working with Julien Royer from Singapore, Olivier Perret from Canada, Jofrane Dailly from La Réunion, and Jean-Charles Bredas from the French West Indies, French Guiana, and the regional Caribbean network.

Air France’s extensive network connects Paris to various U.S. destinations during the winter season, with plans to resume services to Minneapolis in May 2024 and launch a new route from Paris-Charles de Gaulle to Phoenix in the same month, expanding the number of U.S. destinations to 17 next summer.

The airline’s exclusive La Première cabin is available on select flights to and from New York-JFK, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, and Washington DC.
