California Hospitality Leader Erin Beadle Takes Charge as General Manager of Seacliff Inn Aptos Tapestry Collection by Hilton Following Nearly Twenty Years of Boutique Resort and Full-Service Hotel Experience, New Update

A major leadership appointment has been confirmed at Seacliff Inn Aptos Tapestry Collection by Hilton, where Erin Beadle has been named general manager. Nearly twenty years of experience across California’s boutique resort and full-service hotel sector will be brought to the 148-room Central Coast property.

Responsibility for all major areas of hotel performance will be assumed by Beadle. Operations, guest satisfaction, financial results and team leadership will be overseen as part of her new role. Her appointment has been positioned as an important step in the continued development of the property’s Hospitality offering.

A broad range of leadership experience has been accumulated by Erin Beadle across several established hotels and resorts in California. Her background has been shaped by executive appointments involving revenue growth, event business expansion, guest experience improvement, employee development and operational management.

At Seacliff Inn Aptos Tapestry Collection by Hilton, this experience will now be applied to a coastal hotel that serves leisure visitors, business travellers, wedding groups and event organisers. The property is located in Aptos, close to Monterey Bay and Seacliff State Beach, and is surrounded by the natural setting of California’s Central Coast.

Extensive California Hospitality Experience Brought to Aptos

Before joining the property, seven years were spent by Beadle with Evolution Hospitality. Her most recent position was held at Hayes Mansion, Curio Collection by Hilton, where she served as general manager.

During her leadership at Hayes Mansion, a strong executive management team was assembled. Wedding business was expanded by more than 200 per cent, while emerging managers were coached through the organisation’s management training programme.

Community-based initiatives were also led during her tenure. Through these efforts, the standing of the property was strengthened as one of California’s leading historic hotels. Experience in combining commercial performance with community engagement was therefore developed over a sustained period.

Prior to Hayes Mansion, operations were led by Beadle at The Domain Hotel Sunnyvale. The property was guided through the severe operational pressures created by the COVID-19 pandemic. At the same time, strategic measures were introduced to support business recovery and future growth.

A 200 per cent year-on-year increase in group business was achieved during this period. This result reflected her experience in hotel sales development, operational planning and group market expansion within a challenging Hospitality environment.

Five years were also spent by Erin Beadle as general manager of Lakehouse Hotel & Resort in San Marcos, California. Sustained revenue growth was delivered over several years, while the banquet and catering business was expanded by 400 per cent.

New onsite amenities were introduced at the resort to improve the guest experience. Through these additions, the property’s facilities and overall visitor offering were strengthened. Earlier leadership roles were also held at Hyatt Regency Newport Beach and Tower23 Hotel in San Diego.

Her career has therefore included experience across historic hotels, boutique properties, coastal resorts and full-service accommodation businesses. This varied background will now be used to guide the future operations of Seacliff Inn Aptos Tapestry Collection by Hilton.

Coastal Guest Experience and Event Facilities to Be Overseen

Seacliff Inn is positioned among tall redwood trees only minutes from Monterey Bay and the well-known Seacliff State Beach. A relaxed coastal stay is offered through a combination of accommodation, outdoor spaces, dining facilities and convenient access to regional attractions.

Thoughtfully appointed guestrooms are provided across the 148-room property. Outdoor areas are also available for guests seeking a quieter connection with the surrounding coastal environment.

Dining is offered through Sevy’s Bar + Kitchen, the hotel’s onsite restaurant. The property also includes 7,500 square feet of meeting and event space, allowing corporate meetings, weddings, private functions and social gatherings to be accommodated.

Under Beadle’s leadership, these operational areas will be managed alongside the hotel’s wider financial and service responsibilities. Attention will be given to guest experience, internal team performance and the effective use of the property’s facilities.

Access is provided from the hotel to several of California’s recognised beaches, wineries and outdoor recreation areas. The location therefore supports a broad Hospitality market, including weekend visitors, coastal holidaymakers, business groups and event guests.

The property’s combination of natural surroundings and full-service facilities has allowed a distinct Central Coast identity to be maintained. This positioning will remain an important part of the hotel experience as operational leadership is transferred to Beadle.

Hilton Affiliation and Professional Background Strengthen Appointment

Seacliff Inn Aptos Tapestry Collection by Hilton is located at 7500 Old Dominion Court in Aptos. The hotel is managed by Parable Hospitality and operates as a member of Hilton’s Tapestry Collection.

Through this affiliation, Hilton Honors members are able to earn points and redeem rewards during eligible stays. Benefits may include complimentary upgrades, welcome amenities and free nights, depending on membership conditions and availability.

The Tapestry Collection is associated with hotels that retain an individual identity while being connected to Hilton’s wider network and loyalty programme. At Seacliff Inn, the Central Coast setting, redwood surroundings and proximity to Monterey Bay form central parts of that identity.

Beadle’s education has also been rooted in professional hospitality training. She is an alumna of the L. Robert Payne School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at San Diego State University and graduated as part of the Class of 2005.

Her appointment brings nearly two decades of California hotel leadership to the Aptos property. Experience in strengthening commercial performance, growing events business, developing management teams and improving guest facilities will now be applied across the hotel.

With Erin Beadle serving as general manager, daily operations, guest service standards, financial performance and staff leadership will be overseen at one of the Central Coast’s established full-service hotels.

The appointment represents a significant new chapter for Seacliff Inn Aptos Tapestry Collection by Hilton, as an experienced California hospitality executive assumes responsibility for the property’s continued operations and guest experience.
