Dani Brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid Kicks Off 2023 with “Lunchtimes at Dani”

Any time of day is perfect for enjoying the Madrid sky. This is the premise behind “Lunchtimes at Dani,” a new gastronomic experience by Dani Brasserie that allows people to enjoy a special lunch on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. Starting this January, Chef Dani García is offering a set daily menu that will only be available on weekdays and that will change with each season but will always include some of the most iconic dishes from his career, some of which cannot be found on the standard menu.

Lunchtimes at Dani begin with a choice of starter from among beluga lentil stew with foie gras and porcini mushrooms, Spanish trout salad with an escabeche vinaigrette, king crab tagliatelle with sherry cream or Tomate Nitro and green gazpacho with baby shrimp tartare. The menu continues with a main course of venison loin with ragoût and rosemary French fries, hake with artichoke cream and crispy saffron, creamy “cocido” rice with scallops or – one of the star dishes by the chef – his emblematic matured loin Rossini hamburger with foie gras and parmesan cheese.

All these dishes can be accompanied by a side of French fries, roasted bell peppers or mashed potatoes. For that final sweet finish, the set lunch menu at Dani Brasserie will conclude with hazelnut sponge cake with caramel ice cream and cinnamon or roasted fruit crumble with vanilla, as well as tea or coffee.

“Lunchtimes at Dani are just one of our ideas for 2023. We want Dani Brasserie to be the chosen venue for all those seeking a special experience. Besides offering an idyllic breakfast for starting your day in style or a dinner with views of the capital’s skyline to end it, our midweek lunches are now taking their rightful place in the limelight,” says Ismael Paul, Head Chef at the restaurant.

“What’s more, this latest offering maintains our commitment to seasonality and local producers, and we will steadily add new recipes to always offer the very highest quality,” adds Pierre Bauduin, General Manager of Dani Brasserie.
