Perfect for those looking to make the Hotel a basecamp to explore all that the city has to offer, the St. Louis Getaway Offer gives guests 15 percent savings on room rates and includes complimentary self-parking. In addition to days splashing in the pool, families can enjoy Movie Night with a complimentary in-room movie and homemade popcorn, outdoor fun on the game deck and playtime in the Hotel’s Topgolf Swing Suite. Reservations must be made at least three days in advance and offer is subject to availability.

Sky Terrace and Rooftop Resort-Style Pool

This summer, Hotel guests can immerse themselves in classic St. Louis style, from lounging poolside just steps away from the Gateway Arch to a thoughtfully crafted list of experiences for the ultimate holiday. On the Sky Terrace, a rare urban escape perched on the eighth floor, the resort-style heated pool and hot tub are surrounded by private cabanas where guests are pampered with personalized service and an array of amenities like chilled drinks and frozen treats.

Just adjacent to pool is the “Game Deck,” an area primed for fun with bocce ball, corn hole, oversized Jenga and more. Each afternoon guests can head to the games deck to enjoy a special treat, such as a sample of the Hotel’s homemade ice cream, a refreshing smoothie or a signature cocktail.

The new seasonal pool menu offers a choice of craft cocktails, frozen Strawberry Daiquiris and Piña Coladas served in a golden pineapple, as well as local and craft beers available individually or by the bucket. The menu is perfect for poolside dining with a selection of shareable snacks and salads, including refreshing Watermelon Salad, which is sure to be a summer favourite. Heartier fare leads with mahi or falafel tacos, a pulled pork sandwich and a smash burger. For sweets, the house-made ice cream is a cool choice in classic flavours such as chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla.

Taco Tuesday and Tiki Thursday

New this year at the al fresco Cinder Bar are Taco Tuesdays and Tiki Thursday. With plush seating nestled around a fountain and fire pit lit by twinkling bistro lights, it’s the perfect spot to watch the setting sun reflect from a gleaming Arch.

Every Tuesday guests can enjoy handcrafted tacos by the award-winning Cinder House culinary team, which, of course, pair perfectly with the special selection of Margarita cocktails. The taco menu offers a tasty choice of Smoked Pork Carnitas, Mahi Mahi, and Falafel fillings, and are USD 12 for two tacos. In addition to classic Margaritas, guests can also choose a spicy option or fresh fruit flavours including watermelon, berry, peach, and mango. Margaritas are USD 14 per cocktail. Taco Tuesday will be offered through the entire season, ending in October (weather permitting).

From Memorial Day to Labour Day, every Thursday Cinder Bar will turn into a Polynesian-themed tiki bar with live entertainment and a menu of tropical drink favourites. From 6:00 to 8:00 pm each Thursday, guests will be transported to an island paradise while sipping on artfully crafted cocktails that include the Zombie, Painkiller, Mai Tai, Pearl Diver, and Banana Daquiri. Each will be presented in unique tiki-themed glassware and garnished with flair, such as the Zombie, which comes with a flaming dehydrated lime peel, or the Pearl Diver’s splashy pineapple frond and pretty edible flower. Running from May 29 – September 4, 2023, cocktails range from USD 18 to 22. Guests will also be able to order food from the Bar Bites menu.

July 4th Celebration

There is no better location to catch the spectacular fireworks against the stunning backdrop of the iconic Gateway Arch and Mississippi River than the Hotel’s Sky Terrace. Access is exclusive to Hotel guests and Cinder House diners who can watch the display that features 3,600 pounds (1,600 kilograms) of fireworks bursting in a rainbow of colour. Guests will enjoy traditional BBQ specials and celebratory cocktails.
