The Dream Vacations and CruiseOne® annual awards ceremony was a heartfelt and star-studded event, blending moments of joy, emotion, and admiration. Hosted by Drew Daly, Senior Vice President and General Manager, alongside Joelle Delva, Vice President of Operations, and Dawn Gillis, Director of Network Sales and Support, the evening featured captivating performances, thanks to the extraordinary talent aboard the Celebrity Ascent.

A highlight of the evening was the renaming of the Franchise of the Year Award to the Bobbye Haupt Franchise of the Year Award, in honor of a cherished franchisee who passed away in September 2021. Known for her inspirational leadership and lasting legacy, Bobbye Haupt’s memory was celebrated as Moms at Sea Travel, led by franchise owner Jamie Margolis Ross, received the prestigious award. Ross transformed her passion for travel into a thriving business, starting the franchise in August 2021 and turning her popular family travel Facebook community into a powerhouse operation.

“This award means so much to me and I know how much it means to our incredible network of talented travel advisors and business savvy owners,” says Ross. ‘It’s wonderful to be recognized from an award named after a strong woman in the travel industry. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance work and family life. But my family and community keep me motivated.”

Since its inception, Moms at Sea Travel has flourished, earning recognition in major publications like Travel Weekly, Entrepreneur, and USA Today. Ross, who previously won Rookie of the Year, has now propelled her franchise into the elite Circle of Excellence, a group representing the top one to two percent of all Dream Vacations and CruiseOne sellers. Her original Facebook page has grown to over 110,000 members, fostering a vibrant community where mothers connect to share travel tips and experiences.

The awards ceremony also celebrated achievements across various departments, including sales, marketing, public relations, social media, and IT. Advisors were honored for their contributions to the network, milestone anniversaries, and top performance, making it an unforgettable evening of recognition and community.
