Emirates expands Seoul service with three additional weekly flights from Feb 19, 2024, boosting UAE-Korea travel and trade connectivity.

These additional flights will take off under the codes EK324 and EK325, scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Utilizing the Boeing 777-300ER, flight EK324 will leave Dubai at 0445hrs and reach Seoul Incheon International Airport at 1805hrs. Conversely, the return flight EK325 is slated to leave Seoul at 2200hrs and land in Dubai at 0315hrs the next day.

With these new flights, Emirates will boost the seat capacity on the Dubai-Seoul route by over 1,000 seats weekly, addressing the growing demand for international travel to this sought-after East Asian destination. This expansion will enhance South Korea’s tourism, both for incoming and outgoing travelers. The increased flight frequency is a testament to the strengthening relationship between the UAE and Korea.

Emirates’ enhanced service, involving three weekly flights on the Boeing 777, will also offer an extra 45 tonnes of cargo capacity on the Dubai-Seoul route. This boost will strengthen the economic and trade links between South Korea and the UAE, and facilitate more global connections through Dubai, positively impacting Korea’s economy and supporting its import-export activities.

Since initiating its Seoul service in 2005, Emirates currently operates a daily Airbus A380 flight from Dubai. With the new additions, the airline will offer 10 weekly flights to Seoul, using both the Airbus A380 and the Boeing 777-300ER, providing passengers with greater flexibility and options for travel to and from Dubai, and connecting to its extensive network of over 130 global destinations.

Passengers with Emirates can look forward to an unparalleled in-flight experience, featuring a culinary journey with multi-course menus inspired by regional flavors, crafted by top chefs and accompanied by a selection of premium beverages. For entertainment, Emirates offers up to 6,500 channels of diverse global content, including Korean movies, TV shows, music, and more on ice, its award-winning in-flight entertainment system.
