2 PROMOTIONAL OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS
To be eligible for this promotion, customers need to first register and then book either one round trip or two one-way qualifying Southwest flights between 8:00 a.m. From 8:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 25, 2024, to 11:59 p.m. CT on March 27, 2024, known as the “Promotion Period”. Travel must take place between March 25, 2024, and May 22, 2024 (the “Travel Period”). Flights taken during this period will earn a promotional Companion Pass valid for use between August 5, 2024, and October 2, 2024.
To participate in this promotion, customers must provide their Southwest Rapid Rewards account number when registering. Those who don’t have an account can easily sign up online at Southwest.com/rapidrewards for free. After registration, members must book either one round trip or two qualifying one-way flights with Southwest during the promotion period and travel within the designated period. Registration must occur before booking and commencement of travel.
The promotion applies to new qualifying revenue flights booked and flown during the promotion and travel periods respectively. Qualifying flights must be booked through Southwest Airlines® and the Rapid Rewards account number must be provided at the time of booking to earn a promotional Companion Pass valid for use between August 5, 2024, and October 2, 2024.
For this promotion, a qualifying one-way flight is defined as a revenue flight from one city to another on Southwest Airlines, including any stops or connections. A qualifying round trip flight is a revenue flight from one city to another and back to the originating airport or a carrier-recognized co-terminal.
Travel must be booked within the promotion period and flown within the travel period to be eligible. Flights booked or flown before registration for the promotion do not qualify. Charter flights, reward travel, group travel, and Southwest Vacations® packages are excluded from this promotion.
Changes made to itineraries after booking may affect qualification. The promotional Companion Pass allows the member to designate one person to fly with them for free (excluding taxes and fees) on flights booked and completed within the specified dates.
No Rapid Rewards points or tier qualifying points will be awarded for flights taken by the Companion under this promotional Companion Pass. Members can change their designated Companion up to three times while holding the promotional Companion Pass. However, if the member earns a Companion Pass in 2024 through other means, the number of changes allowed during the promotional period will be reduced accordingly.
The Companion Passes cannot be transferred to others. All rules and regulations of the Rapid Rewards program apply, and Southwest retains the right to modify or adjust the program and its rules without prior notice. The number of Rapid Rewards points required for flights is decided by Southwest and may change until the booking is finalized.
