Dubai-based carrier flydubai has launched a new dedicated business class check-in at Dubai International Airport.
The dedicated space offers flydubai’s business class passengers a unique and smooth check-in experience with a personalised Meet and Assist service, seated check-in, and a Fast Track service through passport control and security lanes.
This is the carrier’s first dedicated check-in facility for business class passengers.
Located at the Departures area at Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB) near Entrance 3, the new space is designed to elevate the preflight experience for business class travellers, as part of the airline’s commitment to investing in enhancing the overall customer experience both on the ground and in the air.
Ghaith Al Ghaith, chief executive officer at flydubai while commenting on the new business class check-in, expressed his excitement to be extending to their business class customers the personalised service they offer them in their cabin on the ground as well.
The new service will ensure our customers’ journey is efficient, hassle-free and enjoyable from the minute they arrive at Terminal 2 until they reach their destination.

The new check-in area features design elements that draw inspiration from the serene and timeless beauty of desert dunes, creating an inviting, efficient, and comfortable way to begin a journey.
As part of the new offering, business class will have access to a dedicated Business Team that will be available to assist them with enquiries even before they arrive at the airport.
Upon arrival at Terminal 2, a dedicated kerbside drop-off area and a separate entrance have also been allocated.
Once there, business class customers will be welcomed with a personalised Meet and Assist service, as well as a dedicated complimentary porter service.
Inside the lounge, they will be greeted with a traditional Arabic welcome, and offered refreshing towels followed by coffee, dates, or other refreshments.
A quiet and relaxing space, the airline promises a smooth check-in process while a porter attends to their baggage, followed by the Fast Track service that will minimise waiting time and queues at the terminal, such as through e-gates or passport control and security lanes.
