At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, guests can enjoy an innovative offering with the debut of The 0% Lounge, a pioneering establishment in the locale. This lounge is tailor-made for those who wish to enjoy the sunshine without the effects of alcohol, ensuring that the experience remains rich in flavor and enjoyment.

The lounge features a newly designed outdoor terrace where guests can indulge in stunning sunsets and delicious drinks, all within a serene setting surrounded by pine trees and enhanced with optional shade umbrellas. The area is outfitted with stylish, yet understated furniture that reflects the simplicity and purity of the environment.

A thoughtfully selected array of low-calorie wines and beers is available, which can be savored by the glass or bottle. Highlights include the fruity Bottega Sparkling Rose and selections from Canadian brewer Loxton, such as a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Semillon Chardonnay. Well-known beer brands like Corona and Guinness are also offered, along with a variety of IPAs, Lagers, and Pale Ales.

“From the ingredients and garnishes, to the glassware, the artistry behind these drinks is equal to those of traditional cocktails, and flavour takes centre stage,” says Ujjawal Khatkar, Director of Food and Beverages at the resort. Just like any cocktail, a mocktail is about balance and how the various elements work together. “A mocktail should be distinctive, maybe a little unexpected, and capture the senses,” Khatkar says.
