Only two weeks away from the FIFA World Cup 2026™, Airbnb in collaboration with the Mexico City Host Committee and the Mexico City Tourism Promotion Fund have inaugurated an exhibition that is community-powered and that reflects on the heritage of football in Mexico. The event titled “Collective Memory of the FIFA World Cup – Mexico 70, Mexico 71 and Mexico 86: The City That Never Stopped Playing” features around 600 items of memorabilia donated by the people of Mexico.
