Effective Sunday, June 15, 2025, Hawaiian Airlines’ HA496 flight from Rarotonga (RAR) to Honolulu (HNL) will shift its departure time from 11:35 PM to 1:05 PM, pending government approval.

As of Friday, February 28, 2025, Hawaiian Airlines has partnered with Alaska Airlines to offer seamless fare connectivity between the Lower 48 states (L48) and Rarotonga. This expansion allows travelers to book single-ticket itineraries connecting the Cook Islands to 85 major U.S. cities.
