The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) is preparing to host the much-anticipated fifth edition of its Empowering Hospitality Conclave and Awards on June 26, 2025, at the luxurious Della Resorts and Adventure in Lonavala. This prestigious event aims to bring together key players in the hospitality sector, including industry leaders, policymakers, and professionals, for a day of insightful discussions, strategic networking, and recognition of excellence in the hospitality industry.

The Empowering Hospitality Conclave has established itself as a landmark event in the Western Indian hospitality calendar. It offers a dynamic platform for sharing ideas, best practices, and the latest trends shaping the hospitality landscape. The conclave is expected to feature a series of high-impact knowledge sessions designed to address the pressing challenges and opportunities in the industry. The Chief Guest for the event will be Mr. Mohamed Farouk, the Regional Director (Western Region) of India Tourism Mumbai, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. It also sets the tone for our much-anticipated 20^th HRAWI Regional Convention, scheduled for 8^th and 9^th October 2025 in Mumbai. The conclave will showcase four impactful knowledge sessions, including “Insights & Latest Updates on Tourism Policy-24” presented by CA Julfesh Shah, Chairman of COSIA Vidarbha, former Vice-Chairman of WIRC of ICAI, and former Chairman of ICAI-Nagpur. Another session, titled “Sustainability through the Use of Bio-degraders in the Hospitality Industry,” will be led by Dr. S. Anand, Consultant Biotec at Penetron Products Private Limited. Additionally, “Food Safety 360 Degrees and How to Stay FSSAI Compliant” will be conducted by Dr. V. Pasupathy, Food Safety Expert and Founder of Parikshan FSS Pvt Ltd. Lastly, Mr. Jitendra Gawade, Key Account Manager at Envu, will present on “Pest Management Requirements in the Hospitality Industry.”
