In honor of the Lunar New Year, the hotel invites guests to immerse themselves in enchanting celebrations from January 8 to February 24, 2024. Join friends and family to welcome the Year of the Dragon, symbolizing strength, prosperity, and good fortune.

Dazzling Decor at Yun House

Yun House welcomes guests with captivating dragon-inspired décor, setting the stage for the boundless spirit of the Lunar New Year. This Michelin-acclaimed Cantonese restaurant, led by Executive Chef Jimmy Wong, becomes a vivid canvas for revelry.

On February 19, the traditional Lion Dance will take center stage, believed to dispel evil spirits and usher in luck, adding an extra thrill to the festivities. From February 9 to 11, diners will receive Goodie Bags containing fortune cookies, chocolate coins, and tangerines—a continuation of the celebrations at home.

The restaurant’s iconic interiors provide a stunning backdrop for memorable moments, making every meal an Instagram-worthy journey filled with joy, luck, and prosperity.

Yun House’s Lunar New Year Set Menu

Hold onto your chopsticks as Chef Jimmy and his team present a festive feast with exquisite ingredients and inventive twists. Choose from three signature set menus, each blending tradition and innovation harmoniously.

Families and friends can savor standout specialties such as European Lobster with Chopped Chili and Crab Roe Ramen, Braised African Ten Head Abalone with Marrow, Melon, and Sun-Dried Oyster, and Fish Maw Soup with Matsutake Mushroom, Sun-Dried Scallop, and Farmed Black Chicken.

The culinary journey concludes with a dessert duo featuring creations like Braised Native Bird’s Nest with Almond Cream and Gingko and Cream of Mango with Pomelo and Snow Nest—each paired with Yun House’s renowned deep-fried rice cakes.

Raise a cup to the Year of the Dragon with magical sweets and savories served in the elegant setting of The Lounge. Curated by Executive Pastry Chef Yann Roumanille, the Lunar New Year Afternoon Tea sparkles with the most cherished flavors of the season.

Indulge in whimsical delights like Enter the Dragon (vanilla mousse, raspberry compote, black sesame sponge), Lucky 8 (mandarin compote, citrus mousse, spiced ginger financier), and Imperial Crab Salad (salted egg yolk emulsion, roasted celery, crab roe, lemon balm). Also on the menu are teatime classics with a twist, such as Tangerine Orange Peel Scones with Pineapple and Goji Jam.
