Washington DC hospitality veteran Stacy Smith has been named General Manager for One Washington Circle DC, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. Smith has over 30 years of hospitality leadership experience and has a strong ability to manage the operations of hotels and the local tourism market. Smith has also recently built a strong foundation and understanding depth of the local market while opening a different property in the neighborhood.
Smith brings more than three decades of hospitality management experience, with a strong background in leading hotel operations and supporting the growth of the city’s tourism and hospitality sector. She has held several senior leadership positions within Washington’s hospitality industry and has built extensive knowledge of the local market.
Throughout her career, Smith has contributed to key industry organisations, serving on the Executive Boards of the Hotel Association of Washington, DC and Destination DC. She also previously led the Destination DC Board as Chair, helping support initiatives focused on strengthening the city’s visitor economy.
In addition to her leadership roles, Smith founded the City Partner Pathways Apprenticeship Program, an initiative designed to develop new talent by creating career opportunities and professional development pathways for individuals entering the hospitality industry.

The hotel’s refreshed guest experience features residential-inspired accommodations along with upgraded facilities designed for both leisure and business travellers. The property now offers a welcoming lobby lounge, a fitness centre featuring Technogym equipment, and a contemporary boardroom for meetings and professional gatherings.
One Washington Circle DC also features Ten Ten West End, its signature restaurant and bar, where guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor patio dining with menus inspired by seasonal ingredients from the Mid-Atlantic region.
In her role as General Manager, Smith will lead the hotel’s daily operations, enhance service standards, and support the property’s continued evolution following its transition to Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
