The merged entity will operate under the LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts brand, integrating the expertise and distinctive offerings of both organizations. LaRiSa, renowned for its owned and curated experiential properties, and AM Hotel Kollection, celebrated for managing boutique and independent hotels, bring together complementary strengths. The merger promises to drive accelerated growth by expanding opportunities in branded and co-branded hotel ownership and management.
Over the next few years, the new company expects to achieve a growth rate of 20-25%, fueled by new acquisitions, management contracts, and strategic investments in niche markets.

In addition to this milestone, the company plans to launch a new mid-market brand targeting travelers seeking affordable, high-quality experiences. With room rates ranging from USD 50 to 100 (approximately INR 4,000–9,000), the new brand will address the growing demand in the boutique and curated hospitality segments.
The merger significantly expands the geographical footprint of LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts, opening doors to new destinations and markets. The focus on delivering unconventional and unique guest experiences remains central to the company’s strategy.

The company aims to redefine guest satisfaction and property management standards while championing sustainable innovation and operational efficiency.
This landmark merger cements LaRiSa Hotels & Resorts as a leading force in the Indian hospitality industry, with the ability to deliver enhanced value to hotel owners, guests, and stakeholders. By blending cultural richness with modern innovation, the new entity sets the stage for a dynamic and sustainable future in hospitality.
