Meribel Tourisme appoints Black Diamond as its UK PR agency

Meribel Tourisme has appointed Black Diamond as its UK PR agency to promote it as Europe’s year–round mountain travel destination.

Black Diamond’s UK – focused strategy will position the resort as the destination for both winter and summer seasons, tapping into the large British contingent of tourists who travel to Meribel in winter and emphasizing the lesser–known summer adventure activities it has to offer.

Black Diamond is a London – based integrated communications agency, part of the international Tourism Group, and is the leader in travel and tourism public relations as well as travel trade, digital and consumer marketing within the sector.

Jim Odoire, Managing Director, Black Diamond commented that they are thrilled to be working with Meribel Tourisme.

They are excited to be promoting the destination for both summer and winter using their extensive knowledge of the mountain and outdoor pursuits sector to show off the exciting events the resort has to share, as well as framing why it is an up–and–coming summer destination.

Black Diamond will manage the account alongside its wider portfolio of mountain destination clients including Aspen Snowmass, Alterra Mountain Company, and Tourism Whistler.
