The 2026 awards ceremony was hosted by renowned hotelier Francis Brennan and presented by Georgina Campbell during a gala luncheon held at the InterContinental Hotel Dublin on Tuesday, 22 September. Representing Lough Eske Castle, Simon Petka, Director of Sales and Marketing, accepted the award for Best 5 Star Hotel of the Year on behalf of the property.

The award adds to the property’s growing collection of national and international accolades, following its recognition in the Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards, where it was named among the top 10 hotels in the UK and Ireland.
