New Experiences and Adventures Connect and Inspire Meeting Guests at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

Responding to the increasing market demand for meetings that spark connections and creativity, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis now offers a new slate of “Bonding Breaks” for meeting guests. Designed to inspire, motivate and forge relationships, these activities, ranging from canoeing on the Mississippi to whiskey and wine tastings, can be tailored to suit the individual needs of each client.

Included in the Hotel’s new menu of Bonding Breaks are two off-site options that tap its proximity to the iconic Gateway Arch and majestic Mississippi.

Gateway Helicopter Tours

For a bird’s eye view of St. Louis, meeting guests can enjoy the thrill of a helicopter ride, taking in everything from the Gateway Arch and Mississippi River to Forest Park and the Missouri Botanical Garden. The tours board just in front of the Gateway Arch, an easy walk from the Hotel, and the Hotel can pack gourmet boxed meals or snacks to enjoy in the park before or after, enhancing the experience further.

Mississippi River Adventure

Local outfitter Big Muddy Adventures lets guests experience the mighty Mississippi like never before. On this unique excursion, guests board a voyager canoe and paddle past St. Louis’ landmark bridges, historic architecture and Gateway Arch while floating down the legendary river. There are many options for fully-guided river trips, from hour-long paddles to longer journeys that include stopping on a pristine island for a picnic lunch.

There are also enriching Bonding Break choices that leverage the Hotel’s amenities and the talents of its award-winning culinary and sommelier team.

Tasting Experience

Those looking to elevate cocktail hour will appreciate the Tasting Experience, where the Hotel’s team of Advanced Sommeliers can lead guests in a wine or spirits tasting that will educate palates as well as minds. The experience includes a formal tasting of four different selections, and planners can choose the wine varietals or opt for a spirits tasting of whiskey, gin, or tequila. The sommelier guides guests with tasting notes and knowledge, and a food pairing also accompanies each selection.

Mixology Lesson

Learning how to make the perfect the cocktail with expert tips from a professional mixologist is both a fun and enriching group diversion. The Hotel’s much-lauded Bar Supervisor can lead a group through shaking, stirring and mastering the right balance of ingredients for a variety of classic cocktails. Guests will learn a few insider tricks that can use to impress when tending bar at home.

Topgolf Swing Suite

The Topgolf Swing Suite, just off the lobby on the Hotel’s eighth floor, offers a clubby ambience with plush leather lounge seating, its own dedicated bar and access to the adjacent library. This fun, interactive space has two simulator bays with golf and many other video games to play on a big screen. It is an entertaining and engaging group experience paired with delicious menu options from the Hotel’s stellar culinary team.
