Nocturne Luxury Villas Welcomes Lori Koogler as General Manager of Exclusive 30A in South Walton, Florida

Nocturne Luxury Villas, renowned for its premium villa rental services across the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, proudly unveils the appointment of Lori Koogler as the General Manager of Exclusive 30A in South Walton, FL. With over 25 years of industry expertise, Koogler assumes this pivotal role.

In her new capacity, Koogler will lead the helm, steering all facets of the enterprise, from strategic direction and operational management to portfolio expansion and ensuring unparalleled satisfaction for homeowners and guests alike.

Prior to her tenure at Exclusive 30A, Koogler occupied various leadership roles within prominent organizations. Notably, she served as the Senior Regional Director of Operations at Vacasa and assumed the role of COO at Demetree Real Estate Services from 2016 to 2020. Her extensive career also includes positions such as Property Manager at Stones River Real Estate, Community Association Manager at Ghertner & Co, and various roles encompassing real estate management and agency.

Residing within the vibrant community of 30A, Koogler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Ohio State University, along with real estate licenses in Florida and Tennessee. Actively engaged in professional associations such as CREW Orlando and the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando, she also holds the designation of Community Association Manager.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Koogler indulges in diverse interests including cheering on Ohio State Football, exploring nature through hiking, embarking on travel adventures, cruising on boats, and experiencing the open road on her Harley motorcycle.
