Welcome the beginning of the Lunar New Year with sumptuous menus and buzzing entertainment at re/ASIAN Cuisine’s annual Chinese New Year celebratory feast. On Thursday, February 3, 2022, guests are invited to celebrate amid the lively ambience, 50 floors high in one of Bahrain’s most elevated dining venues. Executive Chef Brian Becher and his team are preparing Cantonese dishes that spotlight fresh, seasonal produce and expert culinary prowess.

Enjoy an elaborate set menu of dim sum style service, offering signature items such as hot noodles with braised rabbit, yue yang dumplings, ginger lobster, and Cantonese duck. Delicately balancing the best of the land and sea, the menu showcases the freshest seasonal produce sourced both locally and abroad. After mains, enhance celebrations with a dessert station by Executive Pastry Chef Abderazik Fourkou where sesame seed jian-dui donuts, mango puddings, coconut cakes, mandarin pies and more will provide a sweet ending for the special experience.

Additional live stations include a drinks section where mixologists will be on standby to create never-seen-before concoctions to pair with signature dishes. Tea lovers can enjoy a tea bar, which offers an expansive menu of loose tea offerings from faraway regions such as Japan and Sri Lanka.

To celebrate the dawn of the new season, live Cantonese music entertains throughout the evening.
