His professional journey covers three continents and six countries, including senior leadership roles with renowned global hospitality brands such as W Hotels, Westin, Marriott and Sheraton. Prior to his tenure at Pine Cliffs Resort, Hélder played a key role in launching Portugal’s first Hyatt property, where he served as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Lisbon and led the hotel’s opening operations.
