Three bars within three Four Seasons hotels have earned top accolades for their innovation and dedication to quality and guest experience as ranked by Asia’s Best Bars Academy. In a virtual ceremony on May 6, 2021, the best of the best were revealed, and in a year like no other, Four Seasons bar teams shook, stirred and swizzled their way to the top of Asia’s dynamic bar scene.
Caprice Bar also shares joint honours for the Nikka Highest Climber award, having risen from its debut rank of #34 in 2020.
There’s a distinct French flavour at the intimate Caprice Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, which shares an enviable wine cellar with the adjacent three Michelin starred Caprice Restaurant, as well as access to one of Asia’s treasure troves of fine French cheeses. Under the visionary guidance of Lorenzo Antinori, the Hotel’s Beverage Manager as well as a Four Seasons Asia Pacific Beverage Ambassador, Caprice Bar was reborn in 2019 with a focus on exceptional guest experiences through theatrical serves and rituals. The cocktail menu is enhanced by Sommelier Victor Petiot’s personal selections, and Chef Guillaume Galliot’s exceptional bites.

Bar Trigona has risen from #14 in Asia in 2020, and is also ranked #1 in Malaysia.
Ranked on the list since its opening just three years ago and already a two-time winner of the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award, Bar Trigona at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur continues to lead the way in sustainable practices while offering innovative cocktails served by storytelling bartenders. Inspired by the trigona honeybee for which the bar is named, Head Bartender Ashish Sharma and his team have forged partnerships with local producers, including the Dino Kelulut Organic Farm, where bar guests have the opportunity to “adopt” a bee hive. “Root to shoot” is the mantra as the team aims for zero waste in extracting every drop of flavour from indigenous fruits, herbs and spices.
