TourReview and Arival Announce Finalists for 2024 European Spotlight Awards

TourReview, a leading technology-based review platform focused on the tours and activities industry, has partnered with Arival, an authority on destination experiences, to announce the contenders for the esteemed 2024 European Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards. The initiative celebrates tour operators who have demonstrated an exceptional dedication to providing top-notch customer experiences.

Out of 500 tour operators across Europe, 150 have been shortlisted based on their stellar reviews on platforms such as TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, Expedia, and Google. These finalists are categorized into five groups based on the nature of their tours: Sightseeing Tours (112 operators), Culinary Tours and Experiences (111 operators), Adventure Tours and Activities (105 operators), Visitor Attractions (94 operators), and Day Tours and Excursions (78 operators). These categories further break down into three size segments – Small (250 – 1,000 reviews annually), Medium (1,001 – 5,000 reviews annually), and Large (over 5,000 reviews annually) tour operators.

The award recipients will be revealed at the Arival TourReview Spotlight Awards Ceremony, set to occur at the Arival 360 event in Berlin on March 2nd.
