Established in 2008 as a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, AnadoluJet was created to cater to air travel needs with more flexible options. Now, it has launched ticket sales under the name “AJET” on its official website, ajet.com, starting from March 12.
Over the past 16 years, AnadoluJet, a successful offshoot of Turkish Airlines, has facilitated the reunion of over 150 million passengers with their families and friends.
Rebranded as AJET, the airline is set to elevate the flying experience above the clouds starting March 31, promising a more contemporary, comfortable, and accessible journey for its passengers. With ambitions to become a leading global low-cost carrier, AJET aims to solidify its competitive stance in the market.
During the summer season of 2024, AJET plans to operate flights to 93 destinations, encompassing 41 domestic and 52 international routes, with a fleet of 95 aircraft. Looking ahead, the airline aims to expand its reach to 44 countries and grow its fleet to 200 aircraft within the next decade, marking an ambitious global growth trajectory.
