The Vegan Travel Association (VTA) is happy to declare the Vegan Travel Summit of this year. This virtual happening will be running for 6 days on the platform Hey Summit, which is collaboration software made use of globally for organizing conferences, talk-series, meetings and events. The Vegan Travel Summit will happen from January 18th-23rd this year and its entry would be free.
The Vegan Travel Association is a cooperative of travel specialists who stand with tourists and travel trades from around the world that classify as vegan or based on plants, which is a first for any association in Canada. The VTA comprises industries from Canada, the US and throughout the world.
The founding establishments/associates are Vegan Vacations, World Vegan Travel, Vegan Travel Asia, Vegan Travel Club, Green Earth Travel and Jordan Executive Travel Service.
According to Jason McGregor, owning Vegan Vacations, veganism is much more than just a mode of eating. Vegan travel indicates that you will not be confronted with any component of your holiday creating a hostile act on animal life – no leather chairs in rooms, no feather pillows or comforters on beds, no ‘tested on animal’ sanitization products in the restroom and dining choices that are intended to support vegan wellbeing. McGregor said that the days of only accepting vegans by eliminating elements from regular menu stuffs are behind us.
