VisitEngland Releases Updated Pink Book with Essential Legislative Guidance for Accommodation Providers and Attractions

VisitEngland has released the latest update to its Pink Book on April 3, providing essential regulatory guidance for accommodation providers and attractions across England.

Now in its 13th edition, The Pink Book: Legislation for Tourist Accommodation and Attractions offers comprehensive advice for managing accommodation businesses and tourist attractions. It covers a range of topics, including food safety, health and safety regulations, business operations, and tax requirements.

VisitEngland Director Andrew Stokes said:

The newest edition introduces updated content on environmental protection laws, the latest information on staff tipping regulations, and more details about the Gift Aid Small Donations scheme. It also includes important revisions on allergen labeling and new guidelines for employing individuals from outside the UK, particularly those from the European Union.
