The Four Seasons Hotel’s skilled culinary team, led by Executive Chef Tristan Baker, has meticulously crafted an opulent Christmas Day waterfront buffet, extending an invitation to both guests and local residents. This festive feast will take place in the Hotel’s Cobalt Ballroom.
Indulge in a splendid buffet featuring holiday classics and gourmet delights. Highlights include carving stations showcasing succulent slow-roasted prime rib, delectable rack of lamb, and tantalizing pickled-roasted halibut. Additionally, savor a bounty from the seafood raw bar, offering freshly shucked oysters, chilled crab claws, shrimp, clams, and delightful scallop ceviche. Accompanying these delights are side dishes like winter truffle scalloped potatoes, brown sugar sweet potato mash, traditional Christmas stuffing, and an exquisite cheese and charcuterie assortment. For a fresh start, explore a variety of assorted salads and savory soups before heading to the breakfast action stations, including a create-your-own omelet bar.
