India’s Goa Tourism Gets New Boost as Sibaya Opens 40 Room Calangute Hotel With Stone Wood Hotels Partnership

Sibaya has strengthened its footprint in North Goa with the launch of Sibaya Courtyard by Stone Wood Premier, a new 40-room hospitality property in Calangute developed in collaboration with Stone Wood Hotels & Resorts. The opening marks the second addition to the Sibaya hotel portfolio, with Stone Wood Hotels & Resorts managing the property’s hospitality operations and bringing its expertise in hotel management and guest services.

Situated in Khobra Vaddo, Calangute, the hotel occupies a strategic location within the popular Baga–Calangute tourism corridor. The property is located around a five-minute walk from the famous Tito’s Lane and offers easy connectivity to both Baga Beach and Calangute Beach. While positioned close to one of North Goa’s most active tourism zones, the hotel provides guests with a quieter setting away from the busiest areas.

Sibaya Courtyard by Stone Wood Premier offers 40 accommodation units divided into three categories: Deluxe Rooms with Balcony, Premium Rooms with Balcony and Pool View Rooms with Balcony. Each room includes a private balcony, giving guests an outdoor space to relax while enjoying the tropical surroundings of Goa.

Beyond accommodation, the hotel has been developed as a destination suitable for leisure stays, private events and small business gatherings. The property includes a 1,507-square-foot conference and banquet hall designed to host around 80 to 100 guests. The venue can accommodate corporate meetings, celebrations, social events and intimate gatherings.

Guests can also access a range of recreational and dining facilities, including a swimming pool, an air-conditioned multi-cuisine restaurant with a bar, and an open courtyard café. These spaces have been designed to encourage social interaction while offering a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
