Before joining Sanjh Restaurant & Bar, Chef Joshi served at Tresind BKC, where he played a key role in managing daily kitchen operations, guiding culinary teams, maintaining strict quality standards and delivering contemporary interpretations of Indian cuisine. His experience at the acclaimed restaurant further strengthened his expertise in modern culinary techniques and innovative food presentation.

Chef Joshi’s professional journey also includes several leadership positions across India’s hospitality sector. He has worked as a Sous Chef with Flaps Hospitality in New Delhi, as well as Copper Chimney locations in BKC and Worli, Mumbai. He also held a Sous Chef position at Gastro Pub, Mumbai, where he contributed to kitchen management and operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, Chef Joshi gained valuable experience as Junior Sous Chef at Gastro Pub and as Chef de Partie with Svenska Hotel in Andheri West, Mumbai, along with Citrus Hotels properties in Kerala and Lonavala. These roles allowed him to develop expertise across different restaurant formats, hotel kitchens and fast-paced culinary environments.
