Eldardiry’s hospitality career has been closely associated with Hilton, beginning in 1999 when he joined the company as a sales coordinator.

Over the following decades, he progressed through a range of operational and leadership positions, developing experience across hotel sales, rooms operations, front office management, general management and property openings.
Before moving into his latest role in Bel Air, Eldardiry led the pre-opening of a hotel near Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. He also served as General Manager of Hampton Inn Baltimore/Glen Burnie, adding direct experience in property leadership and hotel operations to his commercial background.
His long career within Hilton provides familiarity with the group’s operating standards, service culture and portfolio of hotel brands.
Earlier positions in Eldardiry’s career included Director of Rooms Division at DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC Silver Spring.
He also held front office management roles at Hilton Newark Airport and Washington Hilton, building operational experience at properties serving a mix of business and leisure travellers.
His career has also included international hospitality experience. Before establishing his long-term career in the United States, Eldardiry worked at the former Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort in Egypt and Ramses Hilton in Cairo.
The combination of US and international hospitality experience gives the new Atlanta general manager a broad understanding of hotel operations and guest expectations across different markets.
At Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead, Eldardiry will have responsibility for the hotel’s overall performance.
His remit includes guest experience, ensuring that service delivery remains aligned with the expectations of the Embassy Suites brand, alongside team leadership, sales and marketing and broader operational performance.
The general manager role also places Eldardiry in a position to coordinate the hotel’s commercial and operational priorities. His previous experience across both rooms operations and sales-related positions provides a background suited to managing these interconnected areas.
For a full-service, upscale property, maintaining a strong balance between guest satisfaction, employee performance, revenue generation and operational efficiency remains central to the general manager’s responsibilities.
The appointment comes under the Embassy Suites by Hilton brand, one of Hilton’s established full-service upscale hospitality brands.
Embassy Suites is known for its two-room suites, complimentary made-to-order breakfast and a nightly two-hour reception featuring complimentary drinks and snacks. The proposition is designed to serve both leisure and business travellers seeking additional space and a more residential style of stay.
For Atlanta Buckhead, the brand positioning aligns with the needs of travellers seeking an upscale accommodation experience in the district.
Eldardiry’s new leadership role will therefore involve maintaining the brand’s service proposition while managing the property’s operational and commercial priorities.
Eldardiry’s professional journey has taken him across Egypt and the United States, with more than two decades of experience within Hilton’s wider hospitality network.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Cairo University, providing an academic background outside traditional hotel management alongside his extensive practical hospitality experience.
His career progression from a sales coordinator in 1999 to complex general manager and now general manager of an Embassy Suites property illustrates a long-term progression through multiple areas of hotel management.
The experience gained across different hotel brands, markets and operational functions is expected to support his leadership at the Atlanta Buckhead property.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Eldardiry is an enthusiastic traveller and enjoys spending time outdoors. Walking wooded trails and visiting beaches are among his preferred activities away from the hotel.
His arrival in Atlanta also brings a personal interest in exploring the city’s parks and greenways, while his new role will put him in a position to welcome travellers visiting Atlanta for both business and leisure.
With more than 25 years of hospitality leadership, extensive Hilton experience and a background covering multiple operational disciplines, Mohamed Eldardiry now takes charge of Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead.
His appointment strengthens the hotel’s leadership team while adding an experienced Hilton executive to the Atlanta hospitality market. The new general manager is expected to focus on delivering a consistent guest experience, developing hotel teams and supporting the property’s overall operational and commercial performance.
