Dusit International, a prominent name in Thailand’s hospitality and real estate sectors, has entered into a hotel management agreement with Primex Realty Corporation—a fully owned subsidiary of the publicly listed Primex Corporation. This collaboration paves the way for the debut of Dusit Greenhills Manila, a luxurious high-rise property in San Juan City, nestled in Metro Manila’s upscale residential zone.

Scheduled to welcome guests by the end of 2026, the urban retreat will span the top 10 floors of the iconic 50-storey Primex Tower. With 200 elegantly appointed rooms and an array of top-tier amenities, the hotel aims to offer a premium experience for both leisure and corporate travellers.

Primex Tower, set to be the tallest structure in the vicinity, is positioned just a 45-minute drive from Manila International Airport. Alongside Dusit’s new property, the tower will also feature high-end retail outlets and modern office spaces, establishing it as a sought-after mixed-use destination that seamlessly blends business and lifestyle appeal.

In addition to Dusit’s renowned Thai-inspired hospitality, guests can indulge in exceptional Thai dishes at Benjarong, delight in global favorites at the all-day dining venue, and enjoy panoramic skyline vistas from the rooftop bar. The rooftop swimming pool offers a perfect place to relax, while the gym provides an opportunity to stay fit.
