In 2024, Estonia experienced a substantial rise in international tourism, welcoming a total of 4,373,330 foreign visitors, an increase of 11 percent compared to 2023, as reported by the Bank of Estonia. These tourists spent over €1.384 billion during their visits, which marks a significant €170 million growth in spending compared to the previous year. Key Markets Driving Foreign Tourism

Foreign visitors to Estonia came from a variety of countries, with Finnish tourists making up the largest group. A total of 1,806,765 tourists from Finland visited Estonia in 2024, accounting for 41 percent of all foreign arrivals.

Visitors from Latvia followed closely, with 682,188 people contributing 16 percent to the total, while Germany ranked third with 277,412 visitors, equating to 6 percent.
