Hilton and Calm, a prominent mental wellness organization, unveiled a unique alliance that caters to the growing consumer demand for wellness-focused offerings. Scheduled to debut in March 2025, this partnership merges Calm’s renowned content with Hilton’s Connected Room Experience technology, enabling guests to enjoy guided meditations, Sleep Stories, soothing soundscapes, and mindfulness exercises through their room’s TV without needing a subscription.

This partnership emerges as the global consumer wellness sector reaches an annual $1.8 trillion, with the U.S. segment expanding by 10% annually to $480 billion, as reported by the McKinsey Future of Wellness Report in November 2024. Sleep and wellness are particularly significant, with 82% of U.S. consumers prioritizing wellness and sleep identified as a leading unmet need in the wellness and health sector.

“At Hilton, we believe every stay should offer an opportunity to feel better—mind and body—while you’re with us and beyond,” said Amanda Al-Masri, vice president, wellness, Hilton. “Our partnership with Calm is an exciting step in redefining travel by providing guests with accessible tools to relax, reset, and feel invigorated throughout their stay. By weaving mindfulness into the stay experience, we’re empowering guests to recharge and make the most of why they came, so they leave feeling refreshed and ready for whatever comes next.”

As the top-rated app for sleep, meditation, and relaxation, Calm is embraced by millions around the globe. Its scientifically supported services aim to decrease stress, enhance sleep quality, and boost mental clarity, making it a pivotal expansion in Calm’s mission to bring premier wellness resources to travelers worldwide.

Together with Hilton, we’re making it easier for people to find moments of peace and restoration, even when they’re away from home.”

With Hilton’s Connected Room technology present in over 2,400 hotels worldwide, guests can customize their stay by adjusting room settings and streaming personal content seamlessly.
