Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled Townhomes, a new ultra-exclusive accommodation concept within Enclave, the resort’s intimate boutique hotel. Designed as one of the most private ways to stay at the highly anticipated destination resort, the Townhomes will be offered solely through exclusive reservation.

Drawing inspiration from the elegant hôtels particuliers of Paris, the private aristocratic residences traditionally found in the heart of the French capital, the Townhomes combine grand residential design with a strong sense of seclusion. Although positioned at the centre of Wynn Al Marjan Island, their layout has been carefully planned to create a distinct and private environment away from the wider flow of the resort.

Guests will enter through the Royal Foyer, providing convenient access to the resort’s broader collection of experiences while maintaining a clear architectural separation from the surrounding public spaces. This balance is intended to give guests the convenience of being close to the destination’s main attractions without compromising privacy or exclusivity.

The introduction of the Townhomes also provides an early look at the design approach and guest-focused philosophy shaping Enclave. The accommodation has been conceived around personalised experiences, privacy and refined residential-style living.

Townhomes become another distinctive accommodation category within Enclave, joining the Marina and Ocean Estates and the Apartments. Together, the three concepts will provide different ways for guests to experience the boutique hotel environment within the larger Wynn Al Marjan Island resort.

The Townhomes are designed around generous primary suites and exclusive private spa areas, featuring luxurious amenities such as a traditional hammam and a relaxing tepidarium. The residences offer a collection of sophisticated spaces for both relaxation and social occasions, including grand living and dining areas, a private library, billiards salon and a dedicated media room.
