Explore Palm Beach: South Florida’s Luxe Resort Destination with Exciting New Additions

Palm Beach, the glamorous resort enclave just across the bridge from vibrant West Palm Beach, has expanded its luxurious offerings with three exciting new and revamped properties for travelers in 2025. Known for its elegant accommodations and timeless charm, the island now features fresh options that elevate its status as a premier destination. Discover what makes each property unique below.

Palm House

Marking its grand debut in November 2024, Palm House is a stunning 79-room luxury boutique hotel, and the first new addition to Palm Beach’s hospitality scene in four years. Nestled between Worth Avenue and Royal Poinciana Plaza, this beachfront gem is also the first U.S. property under L+R Hotels’ Iconic Luxury Hotels portfolio.

The design perfectly blends playful Palm Beach aesthetics with refined nautical elegance. Guests are greeted at the Palm Bar, adorned with a pink marble countertop, a seashell-inspired wall installation, and striking Murano glass chandeliers. The Palm House Dining Room mirrors the coastal theme with teal furnishings, coral accents, and gold finishes, serving a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine throughout the day.

With 58 guestrooms and 21 suites averaging 550 square feet—some of the largest accommodations on the island—the Palm House epitomizes maximalist luxury. Highlights include coral headboards, woven wall sconces, and antique mirrors. The opulent Presidential Suite offers two stories of indulgence with a private pool-view balcony and exclusive butler service.

The Vineta Hotel

Set to open in spring 2025, The Vineta Hotel reclaims its historic name while introducing modern sophistication. This 41-room luxury property, located two blocks from Worth Avenue, is the first U.S. venture by the prestigious Oetker Collection, renowned for properties like Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc and Eden Rock – St. Barths.

Housed in a nearly century-old Mediterranean Revival building, the hotel’s pale pink facade harks back to Palm Beach’s golden age of the 1920s. Parisian designer Tino Zervudachi led the top-to-bottom renovation, reducing the room count from 53 to 41 to create more spacious suites adorned with soft pink walls and contemporary furnishings.

Guests can savor fine dining at Coco’s, featuring menus crafted by Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc’s executive and pastry chefs. The property also boasts a sparkling pool area, complete with pink loungers and umbrellas, perfect for unwinding in quintessential Palm Beach style.

Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa

Following a $25 million renovation completed in mid-2024, Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort & Spa emerges as a refreshed oceanfront retreat. Formerly the Omphoy Ocean Resort, the property now features sleek, contemporary architecture with a glass-fronted exterior and soaring lobby ceilings, offering a departure from Palm Beach’s traditional Mediterranean aesthetic.

The resort offers 134 updated rooms and suites, with features like new flooring, marble countertops, and ultra-soft Fili D’Oro linens. Room sizes start at 330 square feet for Standard King rooms, while the King Bed Suite provides a generous 775 square feet of space.

Dining options include Brandon’s, an oceanfront restaurant showcasing coastal-inspired cuisine, and Mizu, a chic sushi bar with minimalist design. The 6,000-square-foot spa offers an array of rejuvenating treatments, from massages to facials, making it a perfect retreat for both day visitors and overnight guests.

With these exciting additions, Palm Beach continues to set the standard for upscale travel, offering a blend of classic elegance and modern luxury. Whether you’re drawn to the playful charm of Palm House, the historic allure of The Vineta Hotel, or the sleek sophistication of Tideline, there’s never been a better time to experience this iconic destination.
