Born in Sweden, Simon joined Rosewood Hotel Group in 2021 and most recently served as Managing Director of Rosewood Phnom Penh, where substantial operational success and international recognition were achieved.
His earlier career included senior executive positions across the United States, Southeast Asia, Canada and Australia, providing broad experience in managing luxury hotels across diverse international markets.
Leadership assignments were also undertaken with globally recognised hospitality organisations including Anantara, W Hotels, Celebrity Cruises and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. Before entering the hospitality industry, Simon served as a logistics officer in the Swedish Army, where leadership and organisational management skills were first developed.
