The event brings together 43 local farmers and five agricultural companies, offering premium olive oil, table olives, and a variety of related products, according to the Saudi Press Agency.

All products are competitively priced and adhere to stringent food safety standards, verified through extensive testing at Al-Jouf’s municipal laboratory. These tests include seven critical analyses—acidity, rancidity, moisture levels, chemical composition, oil blending, taste, and authenticity. Products that meet the requirements are awarded a certification label, ensuring consumer trust, as noted by the SPA.
