Singapore Airlines (SIA) will begin daily non-stop service between Singapore and the newly opened Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI) on 23 November 2026, pending regulatory approval. The airline will deploy its Airbus A350-900, which is configured with 303 seats across two classes: 40 in Business Class and 263 in Economy Class.

The first flight, SQ201, is set to leave Singapore at 11:30 AM local time on 23 November 2026, arriving at WSI at 10:20 PM local time. The return flight, SQ202, will depart Western Sydney International at 11:55 PM local time the same day, landing in Singapore at 5:05 AM local time on 24 November 2026. In addition to the four daily services to Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport, this new route will increase SIA’s total daily flights to Sydney to five. Sydney remains Australia’s key financial center and primary entry point.

With the launch of the Western Sydney route, SIA will now serve eight Australian cities. Its budget arm, Scoot, also connects with three destinations in Australia. This expanded network highlights the SIA Group’s ongoing commitment to the Australian market.
