Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BRC), the company behind Solaire Resort Entertainment City, is set to open its second integrated resort (IR), Solaire Resort North, in late May this year.

Located in Quezon City, the new resort aims to strengthen Solaire’s position as a luxury entertainment leader while providing an enhanced resort experience for guests from the northern part of the metropolis.

Spanning 1.5 hectares and representing a USD 1 billion investment, Solaire Resort North is the city’s first integrated resort of its scale. Standing 38 floors tall, it offers a breathtaking view of the urban landscape and the bustling city, combining modern elegance with sophistication.

The new property will feature Solaire’s renowned service excellence, top-notch facilities, and a lifestyle of luxury. Designed by the esteemed architecture firms Aedas and Casas+Architects, with interiors by Habitus Design Group, Solaire Resort North promises to be an architectural and design masterpiece.

“We are excited and proud to share our new property and resort,” says Enrique K. Razon Jr., BRC Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

He adds: “From a decade ago when we opened Solaire Resort Entertainment City, it has always been our mission to provide a fresh yet indulgent brand of luxury that has not been experienced in the Philippines before. With Solaire Resort North, we uphold the same mission in the hope that the property’ presence and operation will support Quezon City’s endeavors to enhance and promote tourism, generate employment for Filipinos, and further attract opportunities for economic and social investments. At the same time, we anticipate that our presence in Quezon City will positively impact our growth, widen our market footprint, and reinforce our brand’s strength.”

The opening of Solaire Resort North represents a strategic expansion aimed at bringing the renowned Solaire brand closer to the residents of northern Metro Manila. It stands out as the premier luxury resort in the area, offering five-star facilities and amenities.

The resort boasts 526 luxurious guest rooms and suites, along with 2,669 electronic gaming machines and 163 tables spread across four casino levels. Culinary delights await guests at its signature restaurants, including the finest Italian cuisine at Finestra Italian Steakhouse, fresh Japanese delicacies at Yakumi, and authentic Chinese fare at Red Lantern. The casual dining choices showcase a range of regional Filipino, Asian, and international flavors, complemented by bars and lounges offering an extensive array of spirits and cocktails.

For events, Solaire Resort North provides upscale venues with international standards for size and capacity. Wellness facilities include a spa, saunas, plunge pools, and a state-of-the-art gym. Family-friendly amenities include a dedicated pool area for children and an interactive Kids Club.

A highlight of the resort is its curated art program, featuring renowned names from the local and international art scenes, enhancing the ambiance of the resort’s spaces.

“Quezon City is a highly urbanized city with a population largely comprised of locals with a wide range of demographic interests. We saw an opportunity to provide more exclusive experiences not just to our existing Northern clientele but to a larger untapped market. We want to bring the signature Solaire Experience closer to our valued guests, and introduce what and who we are as a brand to a larger audience,” says Thomas Arasi, President and Chief Operating Officer of BRC, Solaire Resort Entertainment City, and Solaire Resort North.

Razon’s strong advocacy for Filipino culture is evident in Solaire Resort North, which has created 4,200 direct job opportunities since its inception in the city.

BRC revolutionized the local integrated resort (IR) industry, introducing a new level of luxury in gaming, entertainment, dining, and lifestyle amenities. Solaire has set a benchmark in the casino and hospitality sectors with its innovative facilities and unparalleled experiences. Additionally, Solaire has positioned the Philippines as a key player in the global IR landscape, being the only fully Filipino-owned and operated IR to receive numerous accolades from international award bodies. Solaire Resort North is poised to further elevate this distinction, aiming to become a globally recognized Filipino IR brand.
