VisitBritain to launch new headquarters in Birmingham

The national tourism agency VisitBritain / VisitEngland is set to launch new control center in Birmingham. The agency is discussing regarding office space in the center and said that it would open the center from April.

It stated that it would maintain a presence in London for retaining their interactions with important
administration and industry shareholders.

Birmingham boasts of outstanding conveyance facilities, a wide-ranging talent pool and decent office
space.

VisitBritain / VisitEngland is a non-departmental public organization financed by the Department for Culture, Media & Sport. It carries the responsibility of heartening people to travel and spend their outings in the UK.

The organization said that the choice to relocate from London was followed by parallel verdicts taken by
government divisions and private sector businesses. The specific site of the organization’s new head office is yet to be declared.

VisitBritain’s CEO Patricia Yates said that they are happy regarding the prospects and viewpoints about having its headquarters in Birmingham, since they carry on their work to boost the financial welfares from
tourism across the countries and areas.

Ms. Yates said that the new center would get the organization nearer to their provincial shareholders all
through England, comprising the West Midlands Growth Company, which upholds the area.
