Talabat and Zest Nest Culinary have announced their newest ventures that will offer Delivery-first dining to patrons in Dubai. The partnership will also offer patrons new and different food options through the new brands, Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House. Through this partnership, Zest Nest Culinary will achieve their goal of developing several food concepts throughout the UAE and the GCC.
Red Wings will make its debut on Talabat with initial availability in Business Bay and Rashidiya, while Nawab Biryani House is set to follow by the end of September. Both concepts will be available exclusively through Talabat, allowing customers to explore their dedicated menus via the platform. While operating under the wider Zest Nest Culinary umbrella, each brand will retain its own unique culinary identity, menu approach and customer experience.

The foundation of Zest Nest Culinary is built on the partnership’s shared vision and the complementary expertise of its founders. Chef Ishijyot Surri brings culinary creativity, hospitality knowledge and experience in developing memorable dining concepts, while Sameer Musale contributes strategic investment insight, operational expertise and a strong focus on building scalable business models. Together, they aim to create a UAE-born F&B platform that combines innovative food concepts with the operational systems needed for long-term growth.
The UAE’s diverse population and position as a global hub for travellers and food enthusiasts provide an ideal environment for culinary innovation. The venture aims to build a connected food ecosystem spanning restaurants, quick-service concepts, cloud kitchens, packaged products and manufacturing, with brands designed to reflect the country’s international dining landscape and expand beyond the UAE market.

His hospitality portfolio includes Mulk, an award-winning old-world North Indian dining concept; MiniyaTurk, a restaurant inspired by Turkish street food; Pachinco, an Italian diner and café concept; and SJI Gourmet, a premium catering business. His experience across restaurant development, catering and culinary innovation will support the creation of distinctive concepts under the Zest Nest Culinary portfolio.

The venture’s leadership also includes Sameer Musale, who will oversee strategic growth, commercial planning and organisational development. His focus will centre on creating efficient operational frameworks that allow individual brands to grow while maintaining their unique identities, positioning Zest Nest Culinary as a scalable and sustainable F&B platform.
Through its partnership with Talabat and the launch of its first two concepts, Zest Nest Culinary is taking its first step towards building a diversified portfolio of food brands that combine creativity, technology and business discipline while catering to the evolving tastes of consumers across the UAE and GCC.
“Our tie-up with Talabat gives us a strong digital route to market as we introduce Zest Nest Culinary’s first concepts in Dubai. It allows us to launch each brand in a structured way, understand customer response and build a scalable foundation. “Our wider vision is at aiming to create an ecosystem for food security across the UAE and GCC region” said Sameer Musale.
Dubai will act as the first commercial hub for Zest Nest Culinary’s expansion plans, with the initial focus on building the presence of Red Wings and Nawab Biryani House. Following the successful establishment of these concepts, the venture aims to gradually explore new growth opportunities across the UAE and the wider GCC market.
In a separate development, Maison Management, founded by Chef Ishijyot Surri in collaboration with Sameer Musale, has set up its regional headquarters through Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ). The move supports the company’s broader expansion strategy and strengthens its foundation for future growth across the UAE.
